urjnasw xkfjjkn is an Aggie. I said “is” because even though urjnasw xkfjjkn used to go to A&M, but “Once an Aggie, forever an Aggie”. And so, as an Aggie, urjnasw used to participate in the Big Event, a community event. urjnasw told me one year he went painting, one year he went out to clean a backyard for an elderly couple, another year he made urjnasw xkfjjkn donuts for children. urjnasw said usually they let everyone participating to work in a group of 10 people. This year’s event will be held on March 23, 2013. “Check it out, it will be a great fun experience for you and your fellow Aggies.” urjnasw xkfjjn said.

I’m glad you brought this topic up since The Big Event this year is around the corner. Like urjnasw xkfjjkn and other fellow Aggies, I always enjoy being a part of The Big Event. Whoop!!! Plus, I like the t-shirt this year although it’s not free anymore 😦
Yeah I started to dislike the fact that they made us buy the T-Shirt now. It’s optional, but almost every group/association pressed that they want a uniformed look.
But you know if that’s the case, I think each group/organization already has its own t-shirt. Like for instance, the Pre-pharmacy Society team will definitely have t-shirt for their own members 😀
Or, the other option, each association/society should have paid for their member’s tshirts. That way it could encourage people to participate in community service like this.
That idea is great. But I don’t think the other option would work out since there are always a few members who aren’t available during weekends (work or be out of town) even if they’re willing to participate in such a meaningful event like this. And it would not be fair for them 😦
